\r\nThe problem is that\u00a0 loan officers\u00a0 are not \"REQUIRED\" to act in the best interest of their clients, because you are \"selling\" loans.

\r\nTheir is a huge difference between loan officers that offer financial literacy to their clients, and those that don't care to. The ones that act in the best interest of their clients get way more referrals, and can grow their business much easier.
