\r\nIn a recent study, following factors were disclosed as reasons distributors left their primary company:<\/strong>

\r\nPoor Communication;
\r\nInferior Support;
\r\nInadequate Leadership;
\r\nLack of Training.

\r\nI've been involved in the networking profession for 23 years and I've been with several companies over the years and some are definitely better than others. I've also learned that there's not one perfect company for everybody.

\r\nLeanne and myself have built two large organizations over 10 years with our first company, and going on 13 years with my current company, never earning less than 6 figures a year. So we understand and reward loyalty and longevity.

\r\nBeing a top earner in our company is great, but as you know this is simply a reflection of how many people we have helped achieve their dreams. There's simply no other way to have success in our industry. We've been able to help thousands of people earn life changing 3, 4, and 5 figure incomes and helped almost 100 people achieve the highest possible rank in our current company<\/strong>, in part because of our example and leadership.

\r\nSuccess is like a combination lock ... everything has to line up for it to work. I'm talking about things like timing, product line, compensation, leadership, etc. All of those things and more have to be in place to create a successful opportunity, and then you have to go to work.
