They're persuaded by ads on branch walls about how<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\tthey should have all their services with the same provider. Or more commonly, they've<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\tsimply never heard of what a Mortgage Broker is and what they can do for them. They'll post posters of discounts on their rates, but YOU are responsible for<\/span><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">negotiating these rates.<\/span><br>\r\n\t <\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">On the other hand, <strong>Mortgage Brokers have access to MULTIPLE lenders and<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<span style=\"color:#0000ff;\"><strong>mortgage rates.<\/strong> They shop around for the best mortgage tailored to your individual<\/span><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">circumstances, THEY NEGOTIATE FOR YOU, and they present you with the lowest rate on<\/span><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">the market.<\/span><br>\r\n\t <\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<em>Disclaimer: The Mortgage Broker shops for your mortgage amongst various financial<\/em><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<em>institutions, and it's that financial institution who provides and services your loan. So you<\/em><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<em>may very well end up with the mainstream bank you personally bank with anyways. But you<\/em><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\t<em>can guarantee that you really are getting the best deal on your home loan.<\/em><br>\r\n\t <\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\tMortgage brokers also work on commission. They've got skin in the game, so they'll do<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\twhatever it takes to make you happy. And although they're working for you, you don't pay<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n\tthem a cent. Their commissions are paid by the lender.
