The master room was spacious enough to store her large shoe collection<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\">(she's a designer, not a shopaholic lol). And the place looked beautiful enough to decide it'd<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\">be perfect for her and her teenage son.<br \/>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\">Only it wasn't.<br \/>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\">I double-checked the listing, and sure it had a nice description \u2013 \u201cSpectacular views! The<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\">waves are calling! A chance to live downtown!\u201d But the listing agent missed the mark on<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\">one critical thing: The \u201csecond bedroom\u201d wasn't in fact a bedroom. It was a den.<br \/>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\">See technically and officially, a \u2018bedroom' contains 2 essential elements:<br \/>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\"><strong>A window and a closet.<\/strong><br \/>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\"><u>It must. Have. Both.<\/u><br \/>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span id=\"t1\">Now whether that agent knowingly mislead the public in her listing is up for debate.
