\r\n\t\t\t\t\tof the purchase price of your home; so if you're looking at properties around $300<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t
\r\n\t\t\t\t\t000, that's about $6 000 - $12 000 in closing costs.<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t
