They're persuaded by ads on branch walls about how<\/div>\r\n \r\n\tthey should have all their services with the same provider. Or more commonly, they've<\/div>\r\n \r\n\tsimply never heard of what a Mortgage Broker is and what they can do for them. They'll post posters of discounts on their rates, but YOU are responsible for<\/span><\/div>\r\n \r\n\tnegotiating these rates.<\/span> \r\n\t <\/div>\r\n \r\n\tOn the other hand, Mortgage Brokers have access to MULTIPLE lenders and<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\r\n \r\n\tmortgage rates.<\/strong> They shop around for the best mortgage tailored to your individual<\/span><\/div>\r\n \r\n\tcircumstances, THEY NEGOTIATE FOR YOU, and they present you with the lowest rate on<\/span><\/div>\r\n \r\n\tthe market.<\/span> \r\n\t <\/div>\r\n \r\n\tDisclaimer: The Mortgage Broker shops for your mortgage amongst various financial<\/em><\/div>\r\n \r\n\tinstitutions, and it's that financial institution who provides and services your loan. So you<\/em><\/div>\r\n \r\n\tmay very well end up with the mainstream bank you personally bank with anyways.
