\r\n\t\t\t\t\toffer was accepted, and as long as 12 months. UsuallyI see closings in the 30<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t
\r\n\t\t\t\t\t- 90 day range, dependent on personal and financial circumstances.
