The master room was spacious enough to store her large shoe collection<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\t(she's a designer, not a shopaholic lol). And the place looked beautiful enough to decide it'd<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\tbe perfect for her and her teenage son. \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\tOnly it wasn't. \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\tI double-checked the listing, and sure it had a nice description \u2013 \u201cSpectacular views! The<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\twaves are calling! A chance to live downtown!\u201d But the listing agent missed the mark on<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\tone critical thing: The \u201csecond bedroom\u201d wasn't in fact a bedroom. It was a den. \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\tSee technically and officially, a \u2018bedroom' contains 2 essential elements: \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\tA window and a closet.<\/strong> \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\tIt must. Have. Both.<\/u> \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\t\tNow whether that agent knowingly mislead the public in her listing is up for debate.
