Many changes have taken place over the past two years. It hasn’t always been easy; we’re grateful for your business and support. Like many small family businesses, our office experienced bumps and interruptions to service in the last couple of years. Thank you for confidence, trust, and business as we navigated these unprecedented times.
 
My goal in sending this email is to:
  1. Inform you of improvements to our service model
  2. Introduce the process of making appointments for in-office visits 
  3. Introduce the adoption of our new online portal and mobile app. 
Our old industry standard service model consisting of one account manager serving a group of clients created bottleneck resulting in many delays. We are working to transition from the outdated system to a more effective team approach. In the past, we had one service member assigned to a client; we now have twelve licensed agents helping all of our clients. This new system has proven to get our clients faster, more satisfying experience. Working remotely, the team does not have to worry about illnesses running through the office and they are able to better attend to their families as the need arises. At Dolan & Maloney Insurance, we are glad to be able to provide better service to our clients and a supportive work environment.
 
With the service teams working remotely, appointments are now necessary for all in-person visits.   When you would like to make an appointment, please send me an email.   
 
In addition to the expansion of our service team, we are also starting to utilize an online portal and mobile app providing you with access to all of your policies in one place.  To set up your online account, please click DMIA CSR24.  Then search “Dolan & Maloney Insurance” in either the Apple Store or Google Play to access the mobile app.  For assistance in creating your portal or app access, please send an email to info@dmia.com asking for help in setting up your “CSR24” account.
