You should have access to your online portal (Client Portal) and mobile app; by now, we should also be connected via Facebook and LinkedIn.

Communication Summary:
  • The Client Portal & mobile app provides direct access to your policies and our teams.
  • Facebook and or LinkedIn provides you with direct access to me.
  • The main office line is 508-366-4894 - option 1 for personal insurance; option 2 for Commercial Insurance.
  • Skip the phone tree altogether:
Claims Summary:
  • You are not required to submit a claim immediately; taking a day or two to organize yourself is beneficial. 
  • Take the necessary actions to be safe and prevent further damage or injury. 
  • Contact our office in any way you prefer. I or someone from our team will respond. 
Knowing whom to contact and how is an essential bit of information in any new business relationship. Now that we have beat that drum a few times over the past month, we can start to turn our attention to offering you information on how to get the most out of this relationship.
