It has been a week since we hit go on your new insurance.  We’ve touched base regarding our teams, communication, and a little about claims.   

Next week I will be sending you information about how to access the online portal and our agency’s mobile app.  Since we are an independent agency with access to many different companies, our portal and app are designed to give you access to all your policies in one place instead of being required to keep track of each company’s portal.  Your cyber security is paramount. One feature the portal and app cannot do is take premium payments; this is suppressed until we can further verify the security.
