Knowing who to speak with makes life so much easier.  Not much is more aggravating than calling department (A) only to have them tell you that you need department (B).  Of course if I tried to spell out ever single potential situation or scenario this email would be 2 miles long and you would most likely not read the entire thing.  Let’s try to keep this simple. 

  • Claims - as I said in a prior email, those are my domain.  I am your agent so let me be the one to advise you during any claim. 
  • New products or policies - Me again! If you are buying a new home, starting a business, or looking for options on life insurance, I am the guy to reach out to.
  • Service or policy questions - simply call our office main line 508-366-4894 tell the receptionist exactly what your question or need is and they will transfer you to the best person to handle your request. Examples include things like adding a new car, billing questions, coverage questions basically anything which is not a claim or new policy.  

While we are close to the topic, you are invited to stop by our office anytime.  If you are dropping by because you need help with something it is always best to make an appointment by calling 508-366-4894.  This way we do not make you wait as we wrap something up. Of course if you are simply dropping in to say hi, come on by.  The worst that happens is we keep it brief laugh. 

This can all be summed up by saying, "Whenever you need anything, call our main number at 508-366-4894 and tell the receptionist or whomever answers, exactly what you need and they will patch you through to the exact right person to handle your needs."  Good news is the receptionist is trained to ask "why are you calling" so they have a better chance at delivering you to the correct person.
