One of the most frustrating things captive agents tell us ALL THE TIME is that they are basically telling 20-33% of ALL quote requests that they can not even ISSUE them a quote to be TOLD NO!
 
Compound that with the fact that 5-10% of your book will potentially be dropped and ANOTHER 10-15% will quietly be shopping you because of yet another $2.16/mos rate increase….
