Your Health Insurance Company notified us that your tax credits have changed. This means that the cost of your health insurance has increased.  

We wanted to contact you since this change was not on your file at the office. If you put in the change then you do not have to do anything. If you did not then let us know and we can assist you. 

As of November 16,2022, you were on the  CMS Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) Loss Report have either lost their CMS Subsidy or are in danger of losing their CMS Subsidy. Clients appear on this report due to not submitting the required documentation to the Marketplace.

Note: Depending on the date the Member regained their CMS Subsidy, there may be a time period the Member is responsible for their full premium.
If clients have not yet submitted the required documentation to the Marketplace, it is important they send their missing documents immediately.
For assistance providing the required documentation, please have clients visit: If you believe that all documentation has been submitted, please contact the Marketplace immediately to correct the error.
