If you haven't made your payment then you want to do so as soon as possible.

Health Insurance billing occurs in the prior month. If you ever have any questions about your coverage or recieve something that you do not understand then please let us know. Give us a call at 509-295-9055 or send us an email at info@wahbroker.org and always leave a message. There are two of us and by leaving a message, it helps us work on your problem immediately. 

If you had a plan last year with Community Health then your number will be the same. We always recommend setting up automatic payments. This can be done when you call in and make your first payment or if you have set up an online account with Lifewise. 

If you are traveling outside of networks then do not hesitate to get a travel plan. We have an exchange of options that can cover travel in the United States and International travel as well. 

 Community Health Network of Washington operate in 20 Community Health Centers with 139 clinics across Washington State with over 2700 primary care providers and 100 Hospitals. There will be time that you want access to Virtual Care or the call the 24/7 Nurse Advice Line at 866-418-2920.  The Member portal allows you access into a world of extra service including ordering copies of your ID Cards.  

The 1095s for filing your taxes will be sent out the last week of January. There will be a copy in your message center of your healthplanfinder account. If you need an additional one printed out then feel free to stop by our office and we can print one out for you.

We don't charge a fee so we have to work harder to keep the lights on. We run one of the few full service enrollment center with the Washington Healthplan Finder. We also help with Medicare, Supplemental Policies, Individual Vision, Dental and have a Life Insurance Exchange with 12+ companies. It takes about a week for Community Health to have your information. 

  • If you have questions about your bill then phone at 866-907-1906
  • If you have your ID ({policy_id}) then you can make a payment online. 
  • If your income changes then your account needs to be updated.
