Your plan will be changing next year.

When you check in with Open Enrollment starting November 1st, double check your provider network.

January 1, 2022 Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington will no longer include MultiCare Rockwood, Deaconess and Valley Hospital Facilities in the Kaiser Permanente HMO networks. Mutual clients who have accessed care at MultiCare Rockwood, Deaconess and Valley Hospital Facilites will be notified of this change with a joint notification from Kaiser Permanente and MultiCare Health Systems. Additional communications from Kaiser Permanente will follow to ensure members don’t experience any disruption to their care and to offer support as they choose new in-network providers.

Because of this change, we are contacting you because you may be affected by this network change:

  • Will need to actively choose a new Kaiser Permanente HMO network provider, effective January 1, 2022.
  • We will work with impacted members to ensure those who are in the middle of treatment when this change takes effect can finish their course of treatment with their provider or transition care to an in-network provider.

Set an appointment

  • We have a calendar page set up at: https://calendly.com/suziehealth 
  • We suggest setting the appointment between December 1st through December 15th.
  • It will even send you reminders.

You can always call however we are expecting a busy enrollment season since we will be seeing a continuation of cost savings through 2022. 

It takes about a week for Kaiser to have your information. 

  • You can make the payment over the phone at 844-524-7370
  • If you have your ID then you can make a payment online
  • If your income changes then your account needs to be updated.

For use and variety of plans, we have Delta Dental Plans. Plans can start the following month. These plans can be added at any time. Be aware some plans have a waiting period for major services. If you have questions then call us. 

  • Automatic Payments come out the 27th every month.
