After two years of transitioning we are dropping the other phone number.509-295-9055 will be our full time number. One of the biggest parts to the update is that we are able to accept text messages using our phone number. It has been useful when contacting customers that have not set up or have had a full voicemail.  It has been a busy year for us. We are:

• Along with the normal special enrollments.

We put out a lot of information on our Facebook Page about the rapidly changing world of healthcare. We have a bunch of info located on the page and promotions that occur there. We do travel through the state for training and to assist people outside of the normal enrollment period so if you want to catch us then be sure to set an appointment.

Medicare Enrollment runs from October 15th through December 7th.

Healthcare Enrollment runs from November 1st through January 15th.

Yes, for documented reason some people can make changes to their health plans.

If they are in a low income household or a tribal member then you can enroll all year. Life changes and you may need to add or make changes to your healthcare plan. We assist through out the year with your questions and getting help. Thousands of people qualify for Medicare every day. Note if you sign up for COBRA then you have to wait until it runs out or the next Open Enrollment period to purchase a plan.

We have Dental, Supplemental, Accident, Travel and even Life policies. An easy way to think of it is we are a personal human resources department. We don’t charge fees and we spend time helping you figure out insurance so you and your family is taken care of. If you know some one that can use our help then don't hesitate to send them our way as referals keep us from charging fees.
