{first_name} along with regularly hand washing, masks have a proven tool to reduce the Spread of COVID-19. We are giving away bags with reusable masks until they run out. We expect the masked conditions to continue through next year so having spares on hand will be useful. Our first personal masks arrived in April and our business has been providing masks to the public since July 7th. July 7th was the date that the Governor Inslee required masks in all businesses to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We had set up tools last year that became essential in working the crisis.

1. We have an Robot scheduler. It allows customers to set an appointment and then come and go with little or no waiting. Customers also get reminders of appointment.
2. We put together an Robot messenger. It allows customers to talk directly and get simple questions answered quickly.
3. We are building out automated reminders for clients so that they can get email, texts or voicemails regarding important events. Last year we used it for open enrollment and the changes for healthcare.
4. Our Facebook page. Insurance is changing very quickly and we do our best to put out accurate helpful information.
We do our best to stay present and even get a head of trends in healthcare and insurance. So stay tuned.
