It is that magical medicare enrollment time. You have seven months for enrollment starting three months prior to your birthday! You will have probably received a small forest of flyers from various companies wanting to help enroll you. Suzie has been helping Seniors for years and would love to continue working with you. We are family run business and plan on helping people for years to come. 

First things, first. Do you have your Medicare Card?  It will look like this:

If you haven't then not a problem come in and we can help you set up an account and get your Medicare Part B started. You can delay your part B if you have credible coverage through an employer. Please note that Cobra does not count. If you do not enroll then you could be looking at penalties. Give us a call at 509-295-9055 or feel free to set up an appointment and come on in.

We do take walk ins but we want to insure that someone in the office can assist you promptly. We can also look up any medications or doctors to remove surprises. Once you have your card we will do the enrollment and answer any questions that might have come up. 

With the preliminary work done the three months prior to your birth month, your New Medicare plan will begin on day 1 of your birth month. 

Additional information: 

Medicare's Annual Open Enrollment runs October 15th through December 7th. This is when a person can make changes to your plan and they will go into effect January 1st. This is like the enrollment period that you would have had with an employer. We do answer questions about the plan changes during the first two weeks of October which is a great time to get a sneak peak.
