If you haven't made your payment then you want to do so before the end of the month.

Health Insurance billing occurs in the prior month. If you have made your payment then your information packet including your cards should be on their way..

Your Ambetter Policy Number is {policy_id}.  You can do a one time payment here. You can also set up an account to make ongoing payments. (We do recommend automated payments as it seems to reduce problems). If you set up an online account then be sure to look at their myhealth pays rewards program

Ambetter has a wide network of providers in Washington state if you are looking for a new doctor feel free to take a look in your neighborhood



The 1095s for filing your taxes will be sent out the last week of January. There will be a copy in your message center of your healthplanfinder account. If you need an additional one printed out then feel free to stop by our office and we can print one out for you.

Last year, we saw the rise of prices for auto, home and business insurance and were able to lend a hand. We are assisting with these additional services from our Wenatchee Office. We have had the request for years to provide this coverage and have been delighted with the outcome over last year. We are taking appointments now

We don't charge a fee so we have to work harder to keep the lights on. We run one of the few full service enrollment center with the Washington Healthplan Finder. We also help with Medicare, Supplemental Policies, Individual Vision, Dental and have a Life Insurance Exchange with 12+ companies. If you need help or know someone that needs help then please send them our way. 

It takes about a week for Ambetter to have your information. 

  • You can make the payment over the phone at 877-687-1197
  • If you have your ID ( {policy_id} ) then you can make a payment online
  • Be sure to use their Health Pays Rewards program
  • If your income changes then your account needs to be updated.

For use and variety of plans, we have Delta Dental Plans. Plans can start the following month. These plans can be added at any time. Be aware some plans have a waiting period for major services. If you have questions then call us. 

  • Automatic Payments come out the 27th every month.
