It is a great introductory plan covering exams, cleanings and basic fillings.

We have received several calls and emails on how to make the first payment. Delta Dental Sends out an email during the first week of enrolling in their plan. It is easily missed or lost in a junk mail folder. 

The easiest way to make a payment with Delta Dental is by calling 1-800-526-8323. (Weekdays 7 am to 5 pm).

If you want to make your payment online (eCheck only) then you want to go to www.deltadentalwa.com/WAHBE . 

The secret is the HBE Member ID is {delta_id} (if Delta sent it to us). 

You can make a one-time payment or create an account. Here is their Online Bill Pay Enrollment Guide. 

Invoices are prepared about the 20th of every month. When you disenroll then they will send you automatic billing reminders for 3 months. This is a retention tool and can not be turned off. After you have had a year of coverage and want to cover Crowns or Root Canals then let us know and we will show you some options.

We don't charge a fee so we have to work harder to keep the lights on. We run one of the few full service enrollment center with the Washington Healthplan Finder.
