You will want to make your first payment after the weekend so the files are uploaded.

Health Insurance billing occurs in the prior month. We strongly suggest the automated payments.

If you had a plan last year with Ambetter then your number will be the same. We always recommend setting up automatic payments. This can be done when you call in and make your first payment or if you have set up an online account with Ambetter. If you set up an online account then be sure to look at their myhealth pays rewards program

Every year, we do open enrollment from November 1st until December 15th. This is the time to update plans and make sure the plans that start the following January 1st is the one that you want. 

The 1095s for filing your taxes will be sent out the last week of January. There will be a copy in your message center of your healthplanfinder account. If you need an additional one printed out then feel free to stop by our office and we can print one out for you.

We don't charge a fee so we have to work harder to keep the lights on. We run one of the few full service enrollment center with the Washington Healthplan Finder. We also help with Medicare, Supplemental Policies, Individual Vision, Dental and have a Life Insurance Exchange with 12+ companies. If you need help or know someone that needs help then please send them our way. 

It takes about a week for Ambetter to have your information. 

  • You can make the payment over the phone at 877-687-1197
  • If you have your ID then you can make a payment online
  • Be sure to use their Health Pays Rewards program
  • If your income changes then your account needs to be updated.

For use and variety of plans, we have Delta Dental Plans. Plans can start the following month. These plans can be added at any time. Be aware some plans have a waiting period for major services. If you have questions then call us.
