We don't want to assume anything, but our timing maybe off...

Typically people jump at the opportunity to save money, especially in times like these.  Owning a home is one of the largest assets someone will have in their lifetime; bettering your financial position and knowing all options can save you thousands of dollars in the long run!

Unexpected things come up and make us change our expectations and timeline.  If this is you and you still like the idea of saving money; just not in a position to do it right now, that's fine.  We would like to keep in touch and be a resource when the time is right!
