We don't want to assume anything, but our timing maybe off

Typically people proactively searching for specific properties are in the market to buy a home and are interested in hearing about the best financing options available.  As buying a home is one of the largest purchases someone will make in their lifetime; knowing all options upfront can save thousands of dollars in the long run!

In this process unexpected things come up and make us change our expectations and timeline.  If this is you and you're still planning on buying; just not right now, that's fine.  We would like to keep in touch and be a resource when the time is right!
