We continuously innovate with the goal to make our processes quicker and more streamlined. One of my favorites innovative goals reached is our FlashClose!  I’ll include a very short video, but basically we send the closing package out a day or 2 before the closing.  Giving the client and attorney (if there’s one involved) the opportunity to review the closing documents in advance while in the comfort of their own homes. On the morning of the closing, the documents become live and the client is able to e-sign 85% of the closing package. When everyone walks into the closing there are only a handful of documents left to sign. This gets everyone in and out quickly. More importantly, we finish strong leaving the client with a positive experience. Helping us ALL get a Positive Review, leading to a new future introduction, which is the lifeline to our referral business.
