Your Customer Account Manager will be Randall James. Randall will be assisting the claim process; however, I will be your point of contact once the recovery process begins.
 
As discussed, you will be receiving a call from a document notary in your local area, to schedule an appointment. The notary will be there to assist you through the following:
 
1.)   Document to Authorize Asset Recovery Services to pursue surplus funds with the express permission and on behalf of {first_name} {last_name}.
 
2.)   Document to Secure the interest Delivery of 60% said surplus fund amount to {first_name} {last_name} of recovering the total amount of surplus funds.

Once your authorization had been received, the recovery process begins. You can expect updates throughout the process and open communication with your recovery team.
