The main point was to share some ideas on how to get a new rep started fast. What prompted me to send this to you is WHY it's so important to help them start FAST. Sure... "When I first started, I thought getting a new rep in network marketing meant I had to become a good salesman." They always start fast out of the gates, but they're on to the next sale (close) before their new rep gets their welcome kit. Now, not that it's not a good idea to bring in recruits in groups, it is, BUT... These TOP sales people, often forget all about the NEXT step(s) after getting a new recruit. I don't know, maybe they just feel that they CAN do what THEY do by osmosis or something. And when these new partners TRY to recruit the way their "slick" sponsor brought them in, it usually just ends in a cancellation of their account. It's all about ONE word... DUPLICATION. But it's MORE than just a word; it's a whole new way of thinking and recruiting, EVERY single time. Here's an example...
