“I was with Big Red for almost 5 years. 2 and 1/2 years working for an agent and 2 years with my own scratch agency. I wanted to stay in the industry but knew the captive route wasn't in my best interest. I started interviewing several independent agents/agencies and clusters throughout the industry.
