We’ve been hard at work hiring and training new team members to ensure that our new agents have the time and attention needed from our team. We want our 1000th agent to have an even better experience than our 500th. As we put more responsibilities on our team members, we are focused on expanding our already 50+ member team to the point we outgrow our 3-story building and must go even larger.
 
That’s one of the many things that separates CIA from the rest. We focus on our agent’s experience instead of just getting them in the door, throwing a few carriers their way and hoping we don’t hear from them again for a few months.
