Hope you're doing well and enjoying this wonderful Colorado snowy whether! ...left you a voicemail and text the other day and would really love to connect with you ASAP.

Either way, the reason for me trying to connect and why I'm being so persisent is that I saw you you’re buying leads on Zillow and I’m sure you have  leads that may have ended up going nowhere.
 
The good news is that all of those leads aren’t lost leads...statistically there are still people in those older leads that are still looking to buy and/or sell a home soon.

And even better news is that I’m able to help take those leads you’re no longer proactively working and find the ones for you that are still looking to buy/sell…
 
...there is ZERO cost for you. This is something I doing as a loan officer to provide real value to Realtors I would like to work with :)
 
Out of every 100 old leads, usually I’d be able to send back 2 to 5 of them to you to work with. Getting an extra 2 to 5 closings from leads that have been pretty much discarded isn’t bad right :)
 
Here’s a pic (see below) of some results this system I have was able to do for just 1 Realtor….3 new buyers AND a listing from old leads (these leads were from Zillow) that she wasn’t working. And these results were from less than 80 old leads.
