Unfortunately I may have to reschedule our appointment for tomorrow at 3PM.

I spoke to (competitor) yesterday afternoon and they are very interested in getting started with increasing their mobile appointments with us. I’m meeting with them tomorrow at 3:30 PM and I want to make sure I’m able to give you all the time you need to answer any questions you have.

Also, it’s important to know that I can only work with one mobile detailing company in Boise. If you’d like to still meet at 3PM I’d be more than happy to do that but I have to end the call no later than 3:15 so I can make it on time for (competitors) call.

Obviously if you decide to move forward and let us increase your mobile detail appointments then I’d have no reason to go to the call with (competitors) and I’ll cancel them.

Let me know if you want to meet or reschedule. Whatever you decide is fine.

Just know that once I have secured a mobile detailing company to work with it will be unethical for me to work with any others in your area.
