Log-in issues: People often try to log in to their TV service using the Virtual Office log-in credentials. WRONG! For most of you, you'll have DIFFERENT log-in info for both. Make sure you are using the correct info.

Log-in issues: Some people do not realize that their log-in credentials are case-specific. That means if your password has a capital letter in it, that letter needs to be input as a capital letter, not a lower-case letter. Just use copy-and-paste, or some sort of password manager such as LastPass.com and you won't have to worry about it.

Set-Up Issues: Some people say, "I've been trying to set this up for hours on my laptop!" Huh? There is nothing at all to watching on a laptop, or any other device. You simply go to watchixqtv.com and log in. That's all there is to it. For installing the IXQTV apps on a device such as an Android phone, tablet or Amazon Firestick see the set-up instructions page.
