Alright, now it’s pretty much time to start using Agency Elephant!

We understand that your A2P registration is still not completed and verified and you will not be able to send out any SMS’s in your system yet, but you are using Agency Elephant for a ton more than just sms.  This is your process hub for your agency. So we are going to be focusing on the hub of your agency, pipelines!

One of the most important things about the pipelines is it tracks everything going on in your agency from Sales activities to Service activities. This should be your hub that all your staff uses to make sure that everything is in front of everyone so you don’t drop the ball anymore on tasks. 

To add someone to a pipeline status its pretty simple, you can do this from your Inbox, Contact View, or from your AE Soft Phone (chrome extension).  Here is how to do this in each of the areas: 

  • Contact View: Inside of a contact, on the right side of your screen you will see a “pipeline” gear cog. Click on it, and put someone into a pipeline status from there. 
  • Inbox: At the top bar of your conversation there is a “thumbs up” icon, click on that, and put someone into the right pipeline status. 
  • Soft Phone: Inside of a lead in your soft phone, click on the “person” icon to update the contact. Click on the “thumbs up” icon in the drop down and put your contact into a status.

Start using your pipeline to track your service & sales requests so that nothing falls through the cracks!
