We are super excited to get you going. A couple things have to be done prior to your account being ready.

Once we approve your account you will be notified to log in and complete your brief wizard.  The wizard sets up your phone settings, builds the account, and gets your team members set up. (If you don’t set up your team accounts on the wizard you can do this later)

Once this wizard is complete you will be able to login, however, your account is not complete.  You will need to complete your phone registration form ASAP. Once this is completed it takes your system approx. 10 business days for the carriers to approve your phones for texting. Complete this form -> https://form.jotform.com/222785418041152

Please note, you will need an EIN number for this due to carrier compliance (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon etc.) If you don't have one and are registered as a Sole Prop, please click the link on the form (link above) to get an EIN in minutes.

BOOK YOUR ONBOARDING CALL

Make sure you book your 30 minute call so that we can make sure phones are working correctly, your pipeline reflects your agency and get some general walk through help. https://calendly.com/agency-elephant/onboarding-call

Once you complete the phone registration form you will be emailed what you need to do to get ready to utilize Agency Elephant and its drip campaigns to write business.  We are super excited to get you rock'n and rollin, so make sure you follow the next email after you complete the form to be as prepared as possible to take action!
