Here's how to get help going forward...

Today we are going to show you how to get help on your Agency Elephant account going forward. 

Here is a video explaining it all, but below its spelled out for you -> 

1) Agency Elephant Guide:  This is our one stop shop for all things Agency Elephant. Use this resource to learn what roadmap you want to walk down, and how to use the system to get ROI positive as quickly as possible. OR learn how to set up your system for the long haul. 

2) Agency Elephant Youtube Channel. This channel has been your home for the last 10 business days.... It has a SURPLUS of videos for you to learn from. Its an open book test, use the search bar on our YouTube Channel to find some topics to learn about

3) Membership training: This is located in your AE account under "Tools" and up in the top bar "Membership Training" 

4) Knowledge base: This is your of All Agency Elephant. 

5) Chat Now within your Agency Elephant account should be used after the above areas. This should be used for something you think is a glitch and not operator error. (provide them screen shots, and videos of what you are trying to do)

6) Agency Elephant Facebook Group. Make sure to be apart of this, our users use this platform for strategy talks and so much more. This is also where we host trainings. 

7) Trainings: We host trainings on our Agency Elephant Facebook group, so make sure to join! https://www.facebook.com/groups/AgencyElephant/

Pick the three areas in your agency that you want to see a lift on, change in, or action taken.

Focus on those three things. Implement them.
