Day 3: Working on your lists

Today we are going to go over how to edit, format and work your customer list and prospect list. You have to make sure that you have separate sheets saved as a .CSV format for your imports. 

When you get ready to import your customer list, make sure its on a separate .CSV, and import that list straight into the "Customer BFY" group. 

When you get ready to import your prospect list, make sure its on a separate .CSV and import that list straight into the "Prospects BFY" group.

Call to Action!!!

Your call to action is to grab your prospects that are "Aged Leads" and put them into a separate .CSV list. You will then be importing that list into the "Aged Lead BFY" group. This automation will trigger outbound messages based upon you "reviewing their home policy again" that you had "done it in the past" and that you are going to "review it again".
