Day 1: Agency Dashboard, Call & Text Settings

Today we are going to go over 3 things:

1) Your Agency Dashboard, which is your hub of your Agency Elephant. This tracks all your inbound and outbound activities, your drips firing off in real time, your inbound messages in real time, and shows where you are at for your goals.

2) Your basic call settings and text settings. There are Basic settings, which we recommend

3) Your advanced call settings which we want to give you some info on, but you will not need to use this out the gates.

Grab your last 10 renewals (or more for more opportunity). From either a SMS or Ringless Voicemail send them each the following: 

"Hey (clients name), its (your name) your insurance agent. Just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for your continued trust and business. We really appreciate it. Your policy processed for renewal a bit ago and we just wanted to reach out and touch base. We'd like to book a time for us to review that renewal and make sure all discounts are carried over and that its all in good standing. When works for you? (if its a Ringless Voicemail *RVM* end with this) Give us a call or shoot us a text back with some available times.

NOW ITS UP TO YOU. To take that opportunity of responses to pivot and review and attempt to cross sell, talk life, umbrellas, etc. OR just build relationship and keep customers on the books. 

This isn't automation, but this is getting you comfortable and familiar with a big piece of Agency Elephant.
