We are super excited to get you going. A couple things have to be done prior to your account being read.

Once we approve your account you will be notified to log in and complete your brief wizard. 

Once this wizard is complete you will be able to login, however, your account is not complete.  You will need to complete your  phone registration form ASAP. Once this is completed it takes your system approx. 10 business days for the carriers to approve your phones for texting. Complete this form -> https://form.jotform.com/222785418041152

Please note, you will need an EIN number for this due to carrier compliance (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon etc.) If you don't have one and are registered as a Sole Prop, please click the link on the form (link above) to get an EIN in minutes.  

Once you complete the phone registration form you will be emailed what you need to do to get ready to utilize Agency Elephant.  We are super excited to get you rock'n and rollin, so make sure you follow the next email after you complete the form to be as prepared as possible to take action!
 

Tools & Resources for Help getting set up and using Agency Elephant:

3. Chat in your account: There is a little chat icon inside all your manager accounts. This is for TECH help. They are not insurance agents, or have any background in insurance. So use this as a tech resource, not an insurance resource or strategy resource.

We know you signed up for our platform to be ROI positive. We have seen users get a little overwhelmed with some of the things they want to do and take action on and become their own speed bump in the journey of automation. 

This is why we have created a very well thought through onboarding series. 

10 days of short videos, in which at the end of each video you will be given attainable 'Calls to Action'. 

These 'Call to Action' pieces are the MOST important thing for you.. Agents that do not follow through on the small actionable steps do not get ROI positive as quickly, use less of the system, and in some cases because of lack of action inevitably end up using inferior products and seeing inferior results. 

Every morning you will receive your Onboarding Video. 

Every day you will be followed up with via text to remind you to take action (assuming we have your mobile on file)(to update your mobile with use please respond to this email)
