There are a few things you need to make sure that get done.

Get ready for your new employee that does not EVER forget, who never calls in sick, who never takes time off, who never is late, who always follows up with that one client who says "call back in 8 months", who does not fear rejection and makes outbound texts and calls for years without fail, who will always make you look like the way you want...

Common question... How do I get onboarded??

  1. Log into your AE dashboard after your account is approved and pick your Phone Number and sign your Terms and Conditions
  2. Fill out your Wufoo Form so we can finish your account https://agencyelephant.wufoo.com/forms/zedarvf1vsq03f/
  3. On the left bar of your dashboard is a "Tools section" click into there and then into the "Membership Trainings" tab on the top.
  4. Watch your onboarding videos on our YouTube Channel -> https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPrh4ry7YuVHokvV1XChL4KOqd8JktPBg
  5. Watch every Basics video and Built for You video (they are 2-3 minutes each) 
  6. ONCE that is done.. work on your lists (Customer, Prospect, auto no home, home no auto, win back, quotes not closed)

Lastly, if you signed up for the Built-For-You, Built-For-You + Zapier, or White Glove service when you completed your online registration you will need to complete the following steps.

  • If you chose any of the Built-For-You packages and up this form is required -> https://bit.ly/32g8ZTK
  • If you chose the Zapier Built-For-You package, you also need to complete this -> https://bit.ly/2CZLoyi
  • Make sure to log into your AE dashboard, sign your terms and conditions and pick a number

After you complete your required forms you will be sent your Ringless Voicemail Templates for your Built-For-You Packages...
