I imagine you’re pretty excited with the positive movement of rates recently (and forecasting to stay down!) and the impact to you as far as refi’s go…
 
Well, if you want to do refi’s I have some exceptional news for you! So, you likely remember that I have a very unique platform that combines voicemail, auto-reply text, and live text that we use for various projects.

The combination of my communications platform with this hyper targeted data will be a bonanza for those that take advantage of it. Plus, you will receive the entire database exclusive to you so you can put it into your CRM for any type of follow-up campaign you may want to do! All this Title company asks for in return is that you would let them do the Title work on any loans that come from this data. That’s it!
