Short and sweet. We decided to try my RVM-text funnel to renters in various areas and we’ve been generating great leads! Usually 1 solid lead per 220 successful drops. So, for a typical campaign of 5,000 attempts, we usually successfully drop to about 55%, or about 2,700 renters.
 
That means it would be reasonable to expect anywhere from 10-15  renters that have answered the following question ‘yes’:
 
Just checking to see if you may be considering buying a home this year? Reason I ask is there’s homes available in the area that require little and even no down payment financing. Open to some (no cost/obligation) information?
 
From there my colleagues (originators and/or agents) are reporting back exciting results. This could be a cool way to get loan biz right up front AND THEN refer them to your agent partners! OR, if an agent, get the buyer first and refer them to your originator partners.
