Hi {first_name},

Is the cease & desist letter bulletproof?

Unfortunately, no, it is not.

In some cases, the C & D letter still won't stop the debt collectors.

Jennifer, a client of ours out of Oklahoma found this out.

She sent our C & D letter via certified mail to Synchrony Bank, the collector who would not stop calling her.

They ignored the letter, and continued calling.

Fed up, and frustrated, she reached out to us.

We sent another C & D letter out on her behalf.

Long story short, we settled her claim for $85,000.

Here is what she had to say...

"I want to personally thank Attorney Bocchio and the entire staff at Legal Rights Advocates for all their help.  One day I was on google looking up ways to stop unwanted Robocalls and I came across a Facebook ad that helped me download a cease and desist letter.  I listed to the instructions in the letter and made sure to keep the certify mail proof that I did in fact send it to Synchrony Bank.

Synchrony bank continued to call and call and call.

Finally, I called Legal Rights Advocates back and informed them of these calls after sending the letter and they told me that my consumer rights were being violated under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

They also told me I could receive a lot of money for these violations.  Legal Rights send a letter to Synchrony on my behalf and settled my claim for $85,000.00.  I just received my portion of the settlement in the amount of $ 51,000.  I am overwhelmed with joy and can't thank them enough."
