As of July 9th, 2021 all users will be required to switch to self service in order for yourself and your users to continue sending RVM(ringless voicemail). Please login to your admin account and look for a red banner alert as shown in the screenshot above.

To switch over to self service, simply plug your login credentials to sly broadcast into the two text boxes for username and password.

If you do not already have a sly broadcast account, please click HERE to get an account. Please ensure you choose any of their paid options, and have funds in your account at all times to avoid any potential issues in your system.

Your Remaining HP Service Credits

If you have any remaining HP service credits that you're using to send RVM's, you can still switch before our required date and our system will use the remaining HP credits that you have FIRST.

Once you're out of HP credits, then we'll continue running off of the Sly Broadcast account you set in your self service settings.
