I do.

I'm pretty sure I actually bought a book on how to do it. Spoiler alert - you can't.

These days it seems the internet is full of websites promising you the "inside secrets on how to buy foreclosures for pennies on the dollar!"

We all know that's not the case, right?

That being said, a foreclosure or short sale can be a great way to buy your new home. If you are going to attempt to buy a foreclosure or short sale, you're going to want a expert negotiator on your side. (Hint - I'm talking about my team.)
