John and Tammy, first I know you are looking out of the populated areas, this may be too remote, but worth sharing with you. I and the wife walked this property about three weeks ago. Here are some interesting facts: 

  • In speaking with the water utility guy (who knows every thing), this one acre piece is in a wildlife rich corridor near the end of the peninsula that supports a herd of 100 or more elk.
  • The 400 yard winding drive into the property from Stackpole Rd is as beautiful and wild as it gets, 
  • There are also parcels of raw land adjoining the property on both sides that are for sale. I think 15 and 17 acres. 
  • Not more than 1/4 mile from Willipa bay via a parcel that may also be available
  • It may may make a very distinctive estate, though the house requires a lot of clean up and I'm assuming, some work.
