John and Tammy, first I know you are looking out of the populated areas, this may be too remote, but worth sharing with you. I and the wife walked this property about three weeks ago. Here are some interesting facts:

In speaking with the water utility guy (who knows every thing), this one acre piece is in a wildlife rich corridor near the end of the peninsula that supports a herd of 100 or more elk.
The 400 yard winding drive into the property from Stackpole Rd is as beautiful and wild as it gets,
There are also parcels of raw land adjoining the property on both sides that are for sale. I think 15 and 17 acres.
Not more than 1/4 mile from Willipa bay via a parcel that may also be available
It may may make a very distinctive estate, though the house requires a lot of clean up and I'm assuming, some work.
