We are grateful you decided to use our programming service. You’ll see many additional channels  and features in the upcoming weeks and months.

For now let's give you the simple steps you need to get started.


As a Customer ($49.95 a Month), you will be receiving an email with logins and passwords. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM. Then in your email browser, click not spam AND add that corp email to your contacts.


Look for a “Welcome” from 24/7 Help Alert for  your instructions and login credentials to get your account set up.


That email will arrive after our billing department has

processed your request for payment; this would have been set up when you enrolled.

When your payment has cleared you will receive an email with your user logins. You will have two separate logins.


One for watching your programs which usually is a 5 digit Customer ID# and a 10 digit password.

The other is a 5 digit Referral ID# (usually the same as your customer ID#) which is also your user ID which gives you access to your online office. It will have a 6 digit password.


Customer ID and login information should come within 24 hours.


The Director ID could take up to 48 hours. If you have not received it within 48 hours, please email me back.

Your referral ID is extremely important; using it to refer others will assist you in getting your service basically FREE. Your referral bonuses could cover your subscription costs. It is not required to refer anyone. This is a bonus that is a benefit for you.


Step 1:

Go to http://numediaweb.biz/webplayer/index.php and login using your user account information and the password provided in the corporate email. This can be done on your smart TV that accesses the web, a computer, a laptop, a tablet, a phone.

You may have 3 separate devices active at the same time. If you need more devices active at the same time, please reach out to your sponsor.

Once you have your user site open:

On the top left side of your screen, you will see three vertical lines. This is where you can find all of your channels.


Step 2: You also have the option to use a FireTVStick to watch programming on your Smart TV.

You may already own a FireTVStick.


To buy a FireTVStick; they are available at most electronic stores or on Amazon for $39.99 regular price, or as low as $19.99 when on sale.

Step 3:

Get familiar with your new TV viewing platform. This platform may be different from what you’re used to, so we encourage you to get familiar with it.


As you use your Programming, you’ll see we offer many things you would normally pay extra for with traditional cable TV service which usually totals hundreds of dollars. It is all included in your service without extra charges.


Your service includes many Live TV channels, News Channels, Children's Channels, Premium Movie channels which include HBO, SHOWTIME, CINEMAX, STARZ and more, Sports Channels which include NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, Soccer and more, and many PPV (Pay Per View) Events…. ALL without paying extra to view them.


Step 4

Visit your online office at www.NuMedia.biz  

Login and explore your office. There is lots of valuable information on your website.

Be sure to click on Auto Pay Tab and set up your auto pay.


This will ensure your service is not interrupted when your subscription is due.

Customers may choose the debit option.

Directors must use the ACH option.

To withdraw any referral bonuses, your autopay must be set up.
