2.  Get MOBILE NUMBERS in Any Neighborhood. Need help getting phone numbers to target for voicemail drops or outbound calls? We now have the most up-to-date mobile phone list by county or zip code. Simply tell us what zip code you’d like to target your products or services to, and we can gather the cell phone numbers registered in that area. 3.     We Can Now TEXT Your Clients.  Our Smart Assistants™ can now send text messages (for you and from you) before or after calls  - or at any other time. It is just $.25 per text you want the Jills to send out. The text message will come from your company phone number, and the responses will go right into your email inbox.
