Welcome to your new crm software! Before you are able to use the system and all of it's features, there are a few essential steps to complete first. 

  1. First thing you need to set up is your profile settings, as it effects your campaigns' time zones and things such as your email CAN-SPAM information.
  2. In order to use the email feature, you will need to set up your email settings first. 
  3. If you want to send and receive text messages you will need to have a phone number purchased in the system. 
  4. After purchasing your phone number, if you want to receive incoming calls, you will need to create an inbound campaign for your phone number.

Don't forgot to monitor your credits! These are necessary to use the software. Running out of credits will halt any activities you have scheduled.
