Hi {first_name},
So in yesterday’s email I somewhat teased you about getting professional photos done for near nothing.
It’s actually quite simple;
-
Contact your local college
-
Ask to speak to someone in the media & communications department. The name might differ from state to state, but if you ask for people who do photographic arts, you should be passed on to the right department.
-
Offer up an “opportunity” to do a paid field trip (your home), and say that you can help each other out that way.
Simple, isn’t it?
Since they are studying this stuff that will come well equipped with great gear and will be interested in shooting the best photos they can.
Also, you might have luck finding photograph students (high school or college) looking to build a portfolio for cheap, or even free. Craigslist is a great place to look for these opportunities.
