Thank you for taking a few minutes out of your day a few Friday's ago to meet with me.

  As we said in the meeting, we have a new and innovative marketing package we are offering car dealerships throughout the country.  We have seen tremendous results with each dealership we have launched this with.  We drop 1000 ringless voicemail drops to your customer list that have been in for service the last 90 days with a simple message recorded by someone in your dealership basically stating that you have notice that the customer was in for service and that you have been looking for cars similar to the one they are driving and are authorized to pay top dollar in trade.  We then follow that up with an email and a text message within moments for them listening to the voicemail.  The conversion is unbelievable on this system.  What we are finding:  1000 voice mail drops, emails and text sent around Tuesday at 4 pm 96% open rate on the voice mail drops 20 to 30% response rate (200 calls on the low end) The BDC's are setting ups at a rate of 30 to 40% (60 appointments on the low end) and the dealers are converting nationally at a rate around 25% of the ups. (15 new deals on the low end)  Our dealers are doing this on a weekly basis so the ROI is incredible for the dealers.  We are so confident that you will see results that we do not even ask for money upfront, we only get paid if you feel that we have succeeded in our efforts.  Typically the dealers will pay us the following week and re up the campaign at that point.  If you are happy with the results and only if you are happy, you pay us 1500 per campaign!  A great ROI!  We are working with several dealers in the Twin Cities so if you need references we will give them.  I have attached our agreement that spells out what we do etc.  We have a case study in Canada where last month our system generated 145 deals in one week for two Chrysler dealers!  Chrysler corporate took notice and offered us in as a preferred vendor and opened all of Chrysler Canada East for us to market.  We would love to prove this system to you and have you as a life long client.  Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
